The free breakfast for walkers to work was Wednesday March 10 2010 7am to 9am on Pigeon Park ,corner of K Rd and Symonds St opposite Grafton Bridge.

Here are the results of the walking survey taken on the day.

The winner of the Club Physical K'Rd membership is Grace McMilliam-Caires and here is her story.

My day starts off by walking up a steep but short hill.  Today was an interesting day, as I walked along Gt Nth Rd a man jogs past.  A few minutes later he jogs back chasing and yelling a guy whilst giving the fingers to him.  Who knows what happened in the minute after he jogged past then started chasing a man!  My walk carries on down the road through K' Rd.  Through giggling girls going to A.G.G.S; past the sex shops , strip joints, gay bars and kooky cafes.  Today as I walked down Queen St I then witnessed a homeless man urinating on a restaurant window/door.  Gross!  I finally reach my destination in Lorne St.  My walk everyday is full of stories of the hustle and bustle of Auckland City.

We would like to thank the sponsors Auckland City Council, RoadSafe Auckland, Up&Go, Cyclops Yoghurt, Walking New Zealand magazine, Nescafe, One Square Meal, Langham Hotel, Club Physical K'Rd, K'Rd Business Association.
