Andy presented WA submission to ARC. Thanked them for arranging Tolley visit & for Michelle’s help.
Discussed draft constitution. Incorporation not possible until we have at least 15 people to sign the founding document
Andy to get lawyer to check the document.

Kit reports had conversation with Graeme E. re Graeme’s presence at Transport Commee, G. says policies on pavement surfacing established, no mention of vegetation, no response from Transp. Commee to our request to make presentation to them
Kit to discuss further action with Graeme
Website, brief discussion of sort of info we want on it. Walkways info, health stuff?

Discussed possible letter to minister re Land Transport Management Bill

Graeme made own report of his visit to Transp.Commee. Commee talking about min.width being 1.8m. WA unhappy about not being involved. NEIL FORGIE, ph 379 2021, ACC, is the gent to contact re sad pavements, need details of location, the damage and nature of what is occurring. The policy of ‘reinstatement’. Margaret Allan is the administrator for the Transport Committee.
Andy to send some copies of WA flier to Robin, who will send copies to all members of the Transport Committee. Marie to send Robin some copies of WA letterhead.
Andy reports not happy with state of cars parking on pavements. Will undertake private campaign around streets in Ponsonby, putting fliers under wipers, etc.
Andy to be pro-active.
ACC working on a kerb and channel policy.
