Garry asked if Walk Auckland represented greater Auckland or should the Waitakeres have a group and liaise with WA. Walking maps of the area are no longer in print.

The Aucklander newspaper’s article on Council crackdown on cars parking on footpaths gave a number to ring – 09 379 2020 – for action. The reporter would like to meet with our group
Igor will be giving Graeme a test copy of the walking map before Xmas. A cheque has been sent to City Council for GIS mapping fee

A letter will be written to Minister of Conservation requesting roads in Domain should be ‘shared’ .
WA to write letter to council to acknowledge footpath upgrades but emphasise smoothness where driveways interrupt NOT indented for cars

Xmas drinks will be held at the Hoods House on December 8th at 4.30 to 6pm
