Confirmation of meeting venue. We will meet at the Leys Institute, Three Lamps Ponsonby at 4.30pm on the second Tuesday of each month. The AGM will be held on November 13th.

Discussion on Queen St upgrade & bus lanes.
Jen to send a letter of appreciation and requesting that the shop verandahs be co-ordinated and repaired to shelter the shoppers from rain and sun.
