Kit suggests setting up a Walking Policy separate from cycling
Walking (including all wheelchairs) is a 'stand alone' transport mode independent of cycles & motor vehicles with different issues. We need to discuss with Living streets and try to get a paid advocate for 'walkers'

Jen has been approached by a group who have asked to run races in the Domain. OSH wont agree unless they stick to the pavements. Many ares in the Domain have no pavements while other areas have very narrow paths. The roads are excellent
