Geoff King, Beca Senior Civil Engineer presented the Central Transport Corridor plans to the meeting
We approve and endorse the project as a step forward for pedestrians and Public Transport in Auckland.
The trees in Symonds St will not be cut down. Some trees in Anzac Ave will be cut down & some replaced
Grafton Bridge will be bus only (cycles and Peds allowed) from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Normal road use on the weekend and evenings. The bridge will be closed for one week in August for tests - bikes and peds will be able to use it.
