Regional Walking and Cycling group is meeting again and we will be there. The ARC will give Walk Auckland $100 to assist our attendance

Beca are doing a Pedestrian Study and want our help.

Draft ARC Land Transport Strategy was discussed
THe 6 Options given do not go far enough away from more roads. We support a 7th option around more Public Transport and more money on Travel Demand Management.
Members have been active in keeping cars off the footpath and crossings
This month a car had to be kicked going through a Green Man ped phase and another was dented by a shopping bag of bean tins when driven into people on the foot path.
