| Change to constitution 1. add ‘charitable’ in section 13 2. re profits add: No member of the society, or anyone associated with a member, is allowed to take part in, or influence any decision make by the society in respect of payment, to, or on behalf of, the member or associate person of any income, benefit or advantage. Any payments made to a member of the society, or person associated with a member, must be for goods and services that advance the charitable purpose and must be reasonable and relative to payments that would be made between unrelated parties |

| Presidents Report – We have 2 years statistics from our Red Light Runners research, unable to raise finance for This years research project. Western Bays Walking Map was completed and being distributed to interested parties – thanks to Graeme Welcome to Kelvin as the representative of Living Streets Aotaeroa |

| Graeme – Transit New Zealand will develop Cycle/Walkways – list of 79 projects in this area – To be completed in 3 years at cost of $m40 The changes at Union St are due to our groups Efforts. |
